Job Description

As a Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, your primary responsibilities will include daily visits to pharmacies and hospitals, introducing new products to customers, collecting orders, managing receivables, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback from customers, coordinating with supplier representatives, and exploring new opportunities and products to expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily visits to pharmacies and hospitals to promote pharmaceutical products and services.

  2. Introduce new products to customers and provide detailed information on their features, benefits, and usage.

  3. Collect orders from customers and ensure accurate and timely processing.

  4. Manage receivables by following up on payments and resolving any issues related to billing or invoicing.

  5. Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, service quality, and suggestions for improvement.

  6. Coordinate with supplier representatives to ensure smooth communication and efficient order fulfillment.

  7. Follow up with stores regarding the status of product delivery and address any delivery-related concerns.

  8. Create new customer accounts and maintain updated records of customer information and interactions.

  9. Explore new opportunities and products in the market to identify potential growth areas and expand the company's product portfolio.

  10. Generate management reports on sales activities, including performance metrics, sales targets, and market trends.

  11. Work towards achieving sales targets set by the company and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
