We are seeking a HR Analyst to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather benchmark data on jobs, compensation, and benefits.

• Map out salary ranges for our open positions and conduct salary and benefits comparisons.

• Calculate retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates.

• Report on key recruiting metrics such as time to fill, hiring costs, and employee turnover.

• Create charts, spreadsheets, and graphical presentations for management.

• Calculate benefits including incentives and bonuses.

• Assist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plans.

• Forecast costs by department and contribute to budget creation.

• Analyze employees’ responses to internal surveys, including job satisfaction surveys.

• Assess results from employee performance reviews and create performance ratings.

• Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend improvements for our HR procedures.

• Analyze exit interviews and suggest changes to improve retention rates.

• Create monthly and quarterly reports for management.

• Create and maintain an active HR dashboard.

• Implement HRIS.

• Excel proficiency.
