Job Description

Key Result Responsibilities

1. Champions AMOS data extraction and analytics to derive meaningful insight and report the procurement KPIs and corrective actions on variance in consultation with HOD.

2. Maintains tracking of identified corrective procurement actions to meet KPIs.

3. Assists and advances the automation projects in material planning and ordering to replace manual tasks outside AMOS system.

4. Monitors Store's Shortage List against each Pre-Load Materials to evaluate the case with the related Data available in system to consult with Material Planning Officer for the next action.

5. Supports Material Planning by extracting Data from the AMOS to Prepare the EO Ledger & identify required Materials against each EOs.

6. Generates material reports from AMOS daily.

7. Monitors Material Forecast (APN: PCF) for the next one month & make sure all the required materials against each planned work card are available in stock.

Key Result Responsibilities - Continued

8. Coordinates with Tech. Procurement to evaluate Material requirements for Heavy Maintenance Event based on Hangar Capacity Plan to ensure availability of the required Materials.

9. Generates all the required historic Consumption Data & Trend from AMOS system every week to evaluate the Re-Order level set-up for the Consumable items.

10. Generates report for un-scheduled material requirements after each maintenance event, AOG/CRITICAL priority Past Orders list to analyze addition of any new P/Ns for Min-Max set-up with a business case justification. Likewise analyze nonmoving and slow-moving P/Ns for churn out from Min Max planning.

11. Supports Material Planning with required Data from the AMOS, RSPL, CMM, AIPC & Reliability DATA if required for review including the Float level for the Repairable/ Ratable Items.

12. Supports Material Planner with required Data from AMOS for any Evaluation of Scheduled & Unscheduled requirements or request from HUBS to plan accordingly.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

  • Minimum Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering

  • Advance skill is AMOS data extraction and automation of manual process in material planning and procurement.

  • Data mining and extract meaningful insight.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advance skill in using excel.

  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI

  • Cost oriented, possess analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.

Work Experience

  • 4+ years' related working experience in a similar role handling technical procurement in the Material Planning & Procurement Aviation industry; low cost airline is an advantage.

  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.

Knowledge / familiarization of aircraft systems and maintenance requirements.
