Job description:
Serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notify customer arrival and inquiries.
Maintains telecommunications system.
Follow procedures, monitoring logbook and appointment agenda
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assists in setting up a new client .
Maintains financial database records.
Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary.
Answers phone calls, customer questions and book & confirms customer appointments.
Engages in staff training.
Performs additional duties when required.
