R&D Analyst- formulation

Responsibilities:

* Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products

• Conduct experiments and perform tests to evaluate product performance and stability

• Analyze data and interpret results to make recommendations for product improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new formulations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in formulation techniques

• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

• Manage and maintain accurate records of experiments and results

• Contribute to the development of new methodologies and processes to enhance R&D capabilities

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in formulation development

• Strong knowledge of raw materials, ingredients, and their interactions

• Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
