Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Manager, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
Assist in planning and coordinating team projects and events
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized workspace
Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks as needed
