Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage and streamline the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with sales leaders to develop sales forecasts and budgets.

• Work closely with finance to track and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems.

• Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, including CRM and other sales tools.

• Monitor and enforce sales policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and key metrics.

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations management.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

• International experience in retail for more than 3 years

• More than 5 years experience in family or local business with preferred perfumes and Bakour

• Has worked for more than 3 years in Riyadh

• High Education -with strong analysis sense and computer skills

• Use to operate a large number of stores in different areas and better if multiple Brands

• Handling expansion of his brand with good PR with leasing companies.

• Has strong public relations with companies, business heads, businessman
