Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations management. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales process, improving sales productivity, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team. You will work closely with sales leaders, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and streamline the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales leaders to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
Work closely with finance to track and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems.
Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, including CRM and other sales tools.
Monitor and enforce sales policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and key metrics.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
International experience in retail for more than 3 years
More than 5 years experience in family or local business with preferred perfumes and Bakour
Has worked for more than 3 years in Riyadh
High Education -with strong analysis sense and computer skills
Use to operate a large number of stores in different areas and better if multiple Brands
Handling expansion of his brand with good PR with leasing companies.
Has strong public relations with companies, business heads, businessman
. Current role should be no less than the operation of multiple areas

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to analyze complex data and derive insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
