Job Description
Job Summary:
A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to serve as the Project Manager for the development of a large-scale seawater desalination plant in the Bisha district.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall planning, design, and construction of the desalination facility, working closely with the client, project stakeholders, and a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and lead engineer for the Bisha desalination project
Manage the project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with the client's requirements
Oversee the design development process, integrating the civil, structural, and site-related elements
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to keep the project on track
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
Provide technical direction and oversight during the construction phase
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, implementing corrective actions as needed
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among the project team
Ensure the project meets all applicable codes, regulations, and contractual requirements
Document project activities, decisions, and as-built conditions thoroughly
