Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Total Quality Management and Technical Training position at شركة صقر الجزيرة للصناعة والتجارة والمقاولات located in Riyadh Region. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to total quality management and technical training.
Details of Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate the quality of products and services provided by each Technician.
Track technical issues and epidemic issues of the units.
Evaluate the technical performance of the Technicians and provide technical training and work awareness to the Service Team.
Evaluate daily performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Technicians and set periodic meetings with all Technical Staff.
Control and forecast spare parts consumption. Order, monitor, and maintain the stock of fast-moving spare parts.
Receive customers' requests, inquiries, and suggestions and relay them to the branch manager for action.
Explain and transfer all information related to the company's policy in maintenance and sales of spare parts to customers in detail.
Manage, review, control, and maintain the stock of new and damaged spare parts.
Request, receive, and deliver spare parts to and from the warehouse responsible for it.
Provide spare parts for maintenance and installation reports according to the requests of technicians after review by the supervisor or the branch manager.
Receive the damaged spare parts from the service engineer technician after receiving them from the technicians and marking them with the work order number.
Arrange and organize the store to maintain the ease of tracking orders.
Provide a secure stock of spare parts that are requested on an ongoing basis, and follow up on their receipt and proper storage.
Hand over the technicians’ kit to the technicians and ensure its custody in their sub-stores established on their own store and belonging to the branch.
Obtain 3 quotations for sales of spare parts and consumables from 3 different suppliers to start the waste disposal process.
Coordinate with the area leader in case of a request to purchase spare parts from the local market to provide the required piece with the same specifications.
Receive spare parts that have been spent on any maintenance or installation notification before confirming the cancellation of the order in case of the customer's request.
Prepare reports on the branch's total sales of spare parts and services, compare them with the target, and share the report with the area leader.
Perform other duties as assigned in the best interest of the company.
Skills:
Majoring in business administration or a related field.
Experience of more than 4 years.
