Email Marketing Specialist

AlMaghrib is looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The candidate needs to have a good understanding of nurturing leads to provide incremental value and nudge them towards sales in a way that feels human and still converts. The successful candidate understands the right type of content, who to send it to and when, in order for lead nurturing and to boost the click-rate, sharing and forwarding of our content-driven emails. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design of templates, calls-to-action and content for email sends
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
• Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customer
• Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends
• Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email

Requirements

• Degree in relevant field or equivalent working experience
• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
• Proficient using various selected smart lists and marketing automation technology. Be flexible and adaptable in using new marketing software and tools and be able to learn and implement it quickly. 
• Experience with Hubspot or other ESP is essential
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
• Excellent writer and communicator 
• Intuitive and takes initiative to go all in when required
